The Evangelical - Augsburg Church of the Apostles Peter and Paul in Wisła was built in the years 1833 - 1838 according to the design of Edward Koerber. It was originally a three-nave hall with classicistic features, without a tower and bells. The sacrifice was made in 1838. The three-storey tower was erected only in the years 1861-1863. The interior of the church is three-nave, with a typical for Protestant churches arrangement of two-storey empor in aisles. Through the puristic interior design, which is maintained in white, attention is focused on the following elements: the altar with stained glass and the pulpit. The altar part is dominated by a large stained glass window with the presentation of the apostles Piotr and Paweł. As already mentioned, the interior color is quite monochrome, almost exclusively narrowed to white. However, one should point to discreet gilding applied to ornamental motifs and blues, which constitute the background of the sunflower motif in the coffers. The initiator of the introduction of these subtle color accents in the seventies was Ignacy Płazak, conservator and then director of the castle in Pszczyna.
